European Paintings
119 jigsaw puzzles
Paintings from 17th- to 19th-century Europe that build light and shadow out of layer upon layer of oil paint. Delacroix's dramatic contrasts of light and dark, quiet Dutch interiors and the finely painted fabrics of French portraits sit side by side. Many of them have strong contrasts of light and shade, so each piece tends to carry a clear clue, and they go more smoothly than you might expect even at higher difficulties.
